Von Heidecke's Spring Performance

The Von Heidecke Spring Performance will open with the ballet Paquita, followed by the Tongain Dance Troupe, previously Veila Dance Troupe. The Chinese dance troupe is directed by Ms. Cecilia Juanjuan Wei, a former professor at the Beijing Dance Academy, displaying a wonderful array of traditional Chinese Dance. The culmination of the program will be choreographed by Mr. Von Heidecke, based on original Ivanov Act II Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky. Principal dancers in Act II Swan Lake will feature Deanna Stetsura, former principal of the Bolshoi Ballet from Moscow, as Queen of the Swans. Prince Siegfried will be portrayed by Garret Anderson, former dancer of the San Francisco Ballet. The Sorcerer will be portrayed by former Joffrey Ballet artist Michael Anderson.

Mr. Von Heidecke is an internationally renowned choreographer whose works are seen around the world. He is also the founder and director of the local dance school Von Heidecke's Dance Center in Naperville.

Tickets are general admission, and prices are: Adults: $28,
Seniors (65 and older) $25, Students (18 and under) $15, and children 2 and under are free. Purchase Tickets here
